Terms & Conditions The following terms and conditions are accepted by Buyer and Seller.
Definitions In these terms and conditions "the seller" Means Diamond-Edge Marketing ltd and "the buyer" Means the purchaser of the goods under thses terms and conditions.
Prices Prices and special offers are correct at the time of print but are subject to alteration without any prior notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT at ruling rates and delivery costs.
Returned Goods If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, a returns authorization must be requested. Goods must be returned within seven days of reciept, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in the original packaging. Carriage for alternative items to be paid by the buyer. The seller accepts no responsibility for lost parcels without a reciept of postage. Due to strict hygiene regulations the seller cannot accept returns of items such as scissors, clippers, or razors which have been used. (This is not exhaustive). Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle the buyer to full credit/refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Shortage and damages Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortage or damages must be reported to the seller within 24 hours of reciept of goods.
Overseas Orders We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. please remember carriage will vary on destination and weight of parcel. Price on application.
General Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by the seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision, using or mis-using equipment supplied by the seller. all offers in this catalogue are subject to stock availability. The seller reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order for application of credit at any time. The seller takes typical care to show caorrect sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given a guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by the seller without notice. All colours are as near as printing process will alllow.

Retention of title clause 1. The risk in all goods passes to the buyer upon delivery but title in the goods remains vested in the seller and shall only pass from the seller to the buyer upon full payment being made of all sums (due on whatsoever account or grounds) 2. The buyer agrees, priory to the payment of the whole price of the goods, the seller or appointed agents may enter the buyers premises to collect such goods should the seller request. Prior to such payment, the buyer shall keep the goods seperate and identifiable for the purpose and return the goods to the seller should the seller request.
